Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. cooked pork
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 c. water
    salt
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Combine oil, onion, rice and other ingredients to skillet and cook until rice is golden.
    Add water, soy, salt and paprika. Simmer 15 minutes.
