Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed
    1 qt. plus c. broken pecans
    1 large and 1 small can Angel Flake coconut
    1 stick margarine
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 qt. marshmallow cream
Preparation
    Reserve 3/4 cup crumbs for later; set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix remaining crumbs, pecans and coconut.
    Melt margarine, milk and marshmallow cream in heavy saucepan over low heat.
    Pour this mixture over first and mix well.
    Spread reserved crumbs onto plastic wrap.
    Wet hands in cold water; shape a handful of pecan mixture into roll; roll in crumbs.
    Transfer rolls to clean plastic wrap, seal and refrigerate.
