Golden Fry Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
1 c. sifted Gold Medal flour
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Blend oil and flour.
Add egg and milk.
Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Batter will be thin.
Dry food thoroughly, then coat generously with unseasoned flour.
Dip into batter, letting excess drip off.
Fry at 375\u00b0 in oil 3 or 4 inches deep until golden brown.
