Ginger-Peanut Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    2 small onions, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
    2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add water to thin, if necessary.
    Transfer to a bowl. Serve peanut dip with fresh vegetables.
    Yields 2 cups.
