Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. diced leek
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1 c. broccoli
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken stock
    1 c. light cream
    salt
    pepper
    thyme
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute vegetables 5 minutes over low fire.
    Blend in flour, then chicken stock.
    Let boil.
    Season and let simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add cream.
    Serve.
