Oven Baked Apple Pancakes With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. Brown-n-Serve sausage links
1 c. pancake mix
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped apple

Preparation

Brown sausages.
Combine remaining ingredients, except apple. Mix until batter is smooth.
Add apple.
Pour into greased 10 x 6-inch pan.
Arrange sausage on top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
