Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation

Mix as listed.
It makes a thick batter.
Let this rise until double in size.
Put on floured board; knead lightly (just enough to handle).
Divide into 2 loaves.
Bake in 8-inch round bowls for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Butter top when baked.
