Summer Berry Soup (Cold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen (no sugar added) berries (1 part each: strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/4 c. fresh blueberries
    sugar or Equal to taste
    small amount of sweetened whipped cream (for garnish)
    sprigs of mint
Preparation
    Slightly defrost the berries.
    Chop to a coarse puree in food processor or blender.
    Stir in fresh berries, sour cream and wine. Taste for sweetness and add sugar or Equal to taste.
