Beef Goulash Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 to 2 cans Italian tomatoes or Food Lion sliced stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. ketchup
    celery and parsley flakes to taste
    sugar to taste
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. macaroni, uncooked
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper; cook until onion is tender.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, ketchup, celery flakes, parsley flakes, sugar and pepper.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Add macaroni. Simmer for about 1 hour, checking after 30 minutes.
    Do not let macaroni get mushy.
