Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking soda
5 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add oil.
Mix buttermilk and eggs.
Store in refrigerator, covered.
Will keep 8 weeks in refrigerator. When filling muffin tins, just spoon into pans.
Do not stir. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease muffin pans or spray with Pam.
Makes 48 muffins.
