Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar, then add egg and beer all at once.
    Don't knead it.
    Put it into a greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan and bake it for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.
    Can be prepared ahead and can be frozen.
