Crunchy Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pack tiny frozen peas, thawed
1 c. celery, diagonally sliced thinly
1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh are best)
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 small can sliced ripe olives
3 carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
peppercorn Ranch dressing
bacon bits (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill.
Decorate with bacon bits just before serving.
