Oatmeal Scotchies Pan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. (quick cooking) oats
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 - 375. In small bowl, combine flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and chips. Spread into a greased 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
