Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread
12 slices bacon
4 small tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. salad pickles
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pickle juice
Preparation

Cook cornbread as directed and crumble bread and cooked bacon. Layer cornbread and vegetables with dressing and repeat.
