Easy Wonderful Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 or 2 carrots, sliced or diced
    1 c. chopped celery or broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    chopped parsley or celery leaves for color
    1 Tbsp. (2 cubes) chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook veggies until tender in 3 cups of water with 1 tablespoon (2 cubes) chicken bouillon.
    Melt butter; add flour.
    Stir in milk.
    Add cream mixture to pot of veggies in water.
    Stir; add milk if too thick.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
