Cornmeal Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. whole cornmeal
2 c. hot milk
1 tsp. cold pressed oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Scald cornmeal with milk and add oil and salt.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add the eggs and beat well. Heat well
oiled
muffin
tins in the oven until very hot and quickly fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.
Bake immediately 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve at once.
Makes 12 popovers.
