Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) bag corn bread stuffing
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; debone, if necessary, and save broth.
    Place stuffing mix, chicken broth and soups in a large casserole dish.
    Mix well.
    Add chicken, making sure all meat is covered with stuffing mixture.
    Dot with butter; salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour, then remove and allow the top to brown slightly.
