Baked Potato Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cube soft butter or margarine
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream all together and serve at room temperature.
Spoon onto the hot baked potatoes.
Store leftover topping in refrigerator. Is also a delicious topping on broccoli, green beans or asparagus.
