Potpourri - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed orange peel, well dried
1/3 c. cracked cinnamon sticks
1/3 c. whole cloves
1/3 c. whole allspice
Preparation

Mix well and place in glass jar in your kitchen.
A teaspoon or two in a pan of water on back burner (simmering water) gives a delightful fragrance.
You can substitute grapefruit, lemon or lime peel.
Bay leaves can be crushed into mixture.
A vegetable peeler works well to remove peel from the fruit.
