Karats Kinderhook - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
    Mix tomato soup, sugar, mustard, pepper, vinegar and oil. Bring to boil.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Set aside.
