Rice With Grapes(A Cold Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. long-grain rice
    juice of 2 lemons (about 1/2 c.)
    grated zest of 2 lemons
    2 c. fresh green grapes, sliced in half lengthwise
Preparation
    Boil the rice. Cover with a tea towel. Replace the lid, and let pot sit for 20 minutes. Fluff rice with two forks and put in a bowl. Again cover with a towel for 30 minutes.
