Buttermilk Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1 c. coconut (optional) *
Preparation
    Beat eggs and combine with buttermilk.
    Add all other ingredients and blend well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 275\u00b0, then increase to 300\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or more, until done.
