Cherry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 pt. sweet cherries
Preparation
    Beat sugar and egg until fluffy.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add flour mixture and milk to the beaten sugar and egg. When well beaten, fold in cherries.
    Put in a greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
