Polish Christmas Eve Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1/4 oz.) containers dried imported mushrooms
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 lb. wide noodles
    3 cans beef broth as part of 3 qt. water *
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 (16 oz.) cans California lima beans
    3 qt. water
Preparation
    Slice fresh mushrooms.
    Add with imported mushrooms to water; boil approximately 45 minutes.
    Add noodles; boil another 20 minutes.
    Add drained lima beans.
    Cook another 20 minutes.
    Brown flour in iron skillet and add enough water to make paste.
    Add to soup and stir.
    Cook another 20 minutes.
