Pecorino Alla Griglia(Grilled Pecorino Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices Pecorino, 3/4-inch (1 cm) thick
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. (4 fl. oz./125 ml) extra virgin oil
Preparation
    Trim the rind from the cheese.
    Lay the slices on a very hot grill and cook on both sides until grill marks show.
