Fettucine With Shrimp Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. dry wine
    10 oz. boiled shrimp
    12 oz. spinach fettuccine noodles
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt margarine.
    Add garlic and stir until tender but not browned, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth and bubbly.
    Add milk, broth and wine, stirring constantly; cook until thickened.
    Add shrimp and sauce to hot cooked noodles.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 6.
