Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 can coconut or 1 box Angel Flake coconut
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Heat sugar and Crisco at high speed 15 minutes.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add dry ingredients with milk.
    Fold in coconut with flour.
    Bake in tube pan.
    Put in cold oven, then set at 325\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
