Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. minced chives
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. shells
marinara sauce
Preparation

Cook shells according to package directions.
Drain and hold. Combine chives, parsley, Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
Gently spoon into shells.
Spread marinara sauce on bottom of pan.
Gently place in shells; open side down.
Cover with marinara sauce.
Cover with sliced Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
