Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped bananas
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in vanilla, butter flavoring, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Spoon into three (9-inch) round greased and floured cake pans.
Check with toothpick until it comes out clean.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
