Salsa Cruda - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium tomatoes
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. shredded fresh basil
1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
salt to taste
Preparation

Blanch the tomatoes, then peel, seed and coarsely chop them. Combine all ingredients except salt.
Let sit about 30 minutes to allow flavors to mix.
Add salt to taste and serve.
