Cauliflower With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cauliflower, cooked
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. scallions, chopped
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Arrange cauliflower in baking dish and set aside.
    Melt margarine in small pan.
    Add mushrooms and scallions and saute for 1 minute.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring, until flour is absorbed.
    Stirring continuously, pour in milk until slightly thickened.
    Pour sauce over cauliflower.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
    Serves 4.
