Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 stick butter
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
    1 c. sour cream
    4 small carrots, grated
    1 small can pimientos
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion; drain and mash with a fork.
    Melt butter and add 1/2 package of stuffing.
    Add remaining ingredients to squash.
