Barbecue Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    4 ice cubes
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper
    diced green onions
    diced green peppers
Preparation
    Take aluminum foil and butter the non-shiny side.
    Dice 2 large potatoes onto foil.
    Place 2 ice cubes in potatoes.
    Cut up onions and peppers; salt and pepper to taste.
    Fold foil up on top and sides; seal completely.
    Repeat steps for the last 2 potatoes. Place on grill 15 to 20 minutes before meat.
    Cook the whole time meat is on the grill.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
