Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boats (2 zucchini cut in half longways)
1/2 c. raw rice
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Scoop out zucchini
pulp; cook with raw rice, water and salt for 15
minutes,
covered.
Take
off
heat.
Add
grated cheese, egg (beaten), oregano, onion flakes and parsley.
Pile into shells.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle top with a little grated cheese when taken out of oven.
