Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, unpared and cooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Remove skins from potatoes;
    slice into
    a
    bowl. Saute onion in
    1/4
    cup melted butter until
    tender.
    Remove
    from heat. Stir in soup and sour cream.
    Pour over
    potatoes and 1 cup cheese.
    Toss well.
    Pour into a greased 13
    x
    9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cheese.
    Cover.
    May be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. Bake
    in
    350\u00b0
    oven for 1 hour.
