Butter-Crumbed Chicken(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. whipped butter, melted
    1 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dried flavored bread crumbs
    15 oz. chicken drumsticks, skinned
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In custard cup, melt butter in oven or microwave; stir in soy sauce.
    Place bread crumbs on wax paper. Brush each drumstick with butter mixture; roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated.
    Place drumsticks in single layer on baking pan.
    Bake 45 minutes or until juices are clear when meat is pricked with a fork.
    Makes 2 servings.
