Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    4 c. potatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Slowly beat in 2 well beaten eggs; cook until slightly thick, about 5 minutes.
    Beat mayonnaise. Pour over potatoes, onions and hard-boiled eggs.
