Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    5 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Cream oleo and oil; add sugar and beat until smooth.
    Add egg yolks.
    Beat well.
    Combine flour and soda; add to mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Add coconut and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool.
