Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick Quaker grits
    4 or 4 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small roll garlic cheese
    1 stick butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    red pepper
Preparation
    Cook grits in water with salt.
    When done and still hot, stir in garlic cheese and 3/4 stick of butter.
    Cool.
    Add eggs in milk. Season with red pepper.
    Pour in buttered baking dish.
    Dot top with remainder of stick of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
