Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well and pour in one 9-inch or two 8-inch unbaked pie shells. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer.
