Coconut Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. lard
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. flaked coconut
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Spoon clusters on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
