Ginny'S Spaghetti Sauce(For 25) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    10 lb. ground meat
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. onions
    1 bunch celery
    1 bunch parsley
    3 bulbs garlic
    3 large cans tomato paste
    2 large (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
    1 small bottle Brooks ketchup
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Cook meat until tender.
    Grind vegetables and cook in oil until soft.
    Add 3 cups water, tomato paste and tomato juice.
    Mix all together and simmer for 3 hours. This will feed 25 people, or you may freeze in small containers for your family use.
