Crawfish Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 cans chicken broth
    3 (1 lb.) pkg. peeled crawfish or crabmeat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 whole stalk celery, chopped
    1 whole bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions.
    Bake. Mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour mixture into crumbled cornbread.
    Spread, after mixing, into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    (Add more seasoning if desired.) Yields enough for 20 to 30 people.
