Soft Corn Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cold water
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together.
Have a large skillet and spray with no stick spray.
Heat on medium heat, then pour 1/3 cup of batter into hot skillet.
Brown on both sides and put your filling in and enjoy.
