Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 envelopes chicken noodle soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
4 1/2 c. boiling water
1 small chopped green pepper
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
In covered saucepan, cook soup mix, rice and water; add chopped vegetables.
Combine mixture with sausage.
Put into a 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
Layer top with thin slices of Velveeta cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
