Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 potatoes, cooked and mashed
    3 oz. cream cheese
    6 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    beaten eggs
    crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients,
    mixing
    well.
    Shape
    into balls. Roll
    in beaten eggs, then in crushed cornflakes.
    You may
    want to add salt to this recipe or to use more cheese to taste.
    Heat the puffs in a 325\u00b0 oven until hot.
