Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1 c. crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
    Add zucchini sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to mixture.
    Fold in nuts. Spoon batter into 2 loaf pans, sprayed with Pam or grease and flour.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
