Coconut Toasted Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. mace
English muffins, cut in half

Preparation

Mix butter, coconut, brown sugar and mace.
Spread on muffins and broil until golden brown.
