Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can beef broth
    1 stick butter
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown rice and onion in butter.
    Mix beef broth and 1 can of water.
    Bake for 1 hour or until juice is cooked out.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
