Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. crushed saltines
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. light cream or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Slice onion and squash. Boil and drain. Lightly beat eggs and combine with rest of ingredients. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
